Emergency services continue to remove unexploded ordnance from the area surrounding the military training ground near Khmelnytskyi, where an explosion followed by ammunition detonation occurred on July 31.
According to Ukrinform, Khmelnytskyi Mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn reported on Facebook:
"Since yesterday evening, we have been dealing with the consequences of this emergency. So far, we have received 235 reports of damage, and more are still coming in. More than 100 buildings have already been inspected."
In addition to private homes, nearly 30 apartment buildings sustained damage, including 27 windows in common areas and 18 apartments.
Symchyshyn said that efforts are underway to repair roofs and secure damaged windows.
