NEW YORK, July 31 (UPI) -- TNT's family fantasy series, The Librarians: The Next Chapter, returns for a second season of magical adventures Sunday.
The series follows an eclectic group of scholars charged with protecting mythological artifacts, while working out of a castle in Belgrade.
Callum McGowan plays leader Vikram, a librarian from 1847, who is transported to modern day. Helping him save the world from supernatural forces each week are Lysa (Olivia Morris), Connor (Bluey Robinson) and Charlie (Jessica Green.)
This season, Christian Kane and Dominic Monaghan also will play recurring roles.
