The Puerto Rican star has openly criticized the Trump administration's immigration policies
Well, the Trump administration has just shared one of its most ironic deportation videos yet. On Thursday, the White House‘s official TikTok page used a snippet of Bad Bunny‘s song “La Mudanza” to celebrate Donald Trump’s cruel immigration policies in their latest propaganda clip.
“A round of applause for Donald J Trump because he really crushed it,” the video reads over clips of the president looking victorious before switching over to a montage of migrants getting detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, otherwise known as ICE. The text is a reference to the song’s lyrics, which see Bad Bunny congratulating and thanking his parents for giving birth to him.
Representatives for Bad Bunny did not respond to Rolling Stone’s request for comment.
