CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — A barangay employee listed as a top regional drug target, who managed to escape a massive sting operation just days prior, was finally arrested Thursday evening with over P1 million worth of suspected “shabu” in this city.

Personnel of Police Regional Office-10 (PRO-10) cornered the 54-year-old suspect, identified only as alias “Jojo,” during a follow-up buy-bust operation at 6:41 p.m. on July 30 in Berjaya, Barangay Camaman-an.
