Aptus Value Housing Finance on Friday reported a 19 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹261 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹219 crore in Q1 FY26.Total income rose 15 per cent to ₹611 crore from ₹530 crore in the year ago quarter.The Chennai based housing finance company reported assets under management ₹13,648 crore (₹11,267 crore), a growth of 21 per cent on a year-on-year basis. On the asset quality front, the gross non-performing assets (NPAs) rose to 1.7 per cent (1.5 per cent) while net NPA stood at 1.3 per cent (1.1 per cent).“Q1 FY27 saw further improvement in business momentum, supported by the steady execution of our strategic growth initiatives, along with ongoing technology enhancements and process improvements. Our AUM grew 21 per cent y-o-y to ₹13,648 crore, driven by strong disbursements of ₹1,053 crore, reflecting healthy growth,” P Balaji, Managing Director, Aptus Value Housing Finance, said.During the quarter, the bank added 33 branches, taking its total network to 372, and it plans to add another 25 branches in Q2 FY27, Balaji added.
