The Muslim World League (Rabitat al-Alam al-Islami) has strongly condemned attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran targeting Jordan, Kuwait, and other regional nations, as well as strikes on commercial vessels.
In an official statement, Secretary-General Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa characterised Iranian strikes against vital infrastructure and civilian facilities in Arab countries as violations of international law and humanitarian principles, warning of severe ramifications for regional security and stability.
The Muslim World League has repeatedly condemned Iranian military actions across the region in recent weeks. In separate statements, the organisation previously denounced strikes on Kuwaiti border positions, an offshore oil drilling platform, the Kuwaiti consulate in Basra, and two Emirati oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.
Al-Issa reiterated the League’s solidarity with the targeted nations and expressed support for all measures taken by the affected countries to protect their sovereignty, national security, and the lives of their citizens and residents.
