July 31 (UPI) -- The 3-year-olds go at it again at Saratoga, Colonial Downs renews the Arlington Million, Del Mar has a major Breeders' Cup qualifier and Ellis Park makes a mark with a rich turf schedule in weekend horse racing.
On the global scene, they don't call it "Glorious Goodwood" any longer, but Goodwood's mid-summer meeting this week produced some thrilling results and candidates for late-season classics including the Breeders' Cup and Arc weekend.
