One person was killed in a Russian massive attack on the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on the morning of 31 July. Residential buildings, a supermarket and an educational institution were hit.

Details: The prosecutor's office reported that Russia carried out four strikes on Kramatorsk. A civilian woman was killed in the attack. A further three women aged 49, 50 and 70, and a 58-year-old man, sustained injuries. The injured have been diagnosed with mine-blast injuries, closed head injuries, concussion, shrapnel wounds, bruising and contusions. They are receiving medical care.
