He is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court via videolink on September 11.Rudakubana is serving a life sentence for the murders of Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and attempting to murder eight other children and two adults during an attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport on July 29, 2024.The charges relate to alleged incidents at HMP Belmarsh on May 6, May 8, June 26 and October 28, 2025.In May last year, it was alleged that Rudakubana poured boiling water from a kettle over a prison officer.Article continues belowLast week, the Ministry of Justice confirmed he had been transferred from prison to Broadmoor psychiatric hospital.This is a Breaking News story.
