President Donald Trump announced Thursday that the Board of Peace reached what he called "a HISTORIC agreement for the COMPLETE DISARMAMENT of Hamas and all armed groups in Gaza," calling it a major milestone in his 20-point peace plan.

He warned the threat that emerged on Oct. 7 "will NOT be allowed to rebuild."
