Liquidators are trawling through the complex financial history of bankrupt hospitality entrepreneur Jon Adgemis, securing a court order that demands that a long list of his associates, including ex-girlfriend, model Cheyenne Tozzi, hand over documents.
Public examination hearings into the liquidation of a series of Adgemis’ companies start next week in the Federal Court in Sydney, where the former publican and former KPMG executive is expected to give evidence. Adgemis declared bankruptcy last October owing more than $1.8 billion.
