Debt Note Ties Repayment To CleanCore Shares The stock move follows Wednesday's Securities and Exchange Commission filing, which disclosed that Dogecoin Ventures Inc., a House of Doge subsidiary, issued a $1.4 million unsecured subordinated note to lender Devlin DeFrancesco.

According to the SEC filing, the note carries a 10.714% annual interest rate and matures on Jul. 27, 2027, and is repayable in 2.22 million shares of Nebraska-based CleanCore Solutions Inc.
