Aris Mining Files WKSI Base Shelf Prospectus
Replacing existing base shelf prospectus filed in 2024
Aris Mining Corporation (Aris Mining or the Company) (TSX: ARIS; NYSE: ARIS) announces that it has filed a well-known seasoned issuer (WKSI) base shelf prospectus in Canada and a related registration statement on Form F-10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, replacing its existing base shelf prospectus filed in 2024.
The filings maintain the Company’s financing flexibility. Aris Mining has no current plans to issue securities under the base shelf prospectus. Neither Aris Mining nor its subsidiaries have completed an equity financing since February 2021, when Aris Gold Corporation, now a subsidiary of Aris Mining, completed its last equity financing.
