Saudi Arabia’s second-quarter 2026 budget report showed total revenues of $90.3 billion (338.7 billion riyals), while total expenditure reached $99.5 billion (373 billion riyals), resulting in a budget deficit of $9.1 billion (34.3 billion riyals).

The report, released on Thursday, showed that total revenues for the first half of 2026 reached $159.9 billion (599.6 billion riyals), while expenditure totaled $202.6 billion (759.8 billion riyals), leaving a deficit of $42.7 billion (160 billion riyals) during the period.
