Just ask Pauline Hanson, whose recent jaunt to Italy with Gina Rinehart was painted as one of many visits politicians were apparently making to ambassador there, Keith Pitt.When this column first revealed Hanson’s now-infamous trip, her office informed us she was in Italy attending a Dolce & Gabbana fashion show and would be one of six MPs and senators dropping by Pitt’s residence that week alone. It was a side trip from work in London.
