Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has claimed that his much-publicised reunion with his twin brother and former P-Square bandmate, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy), was never a genuine reconciliation, describing it instead as a “fake reunion.”
In a lengthy video on his official Instagram page, the singer made the revelation while recounting the events that led to the brothers briefly coming back together after years of public feuding.
The pair first split in 2017 before reuniting in 2021, only for the relationship to deteriorate again amid fresh disputes involving their elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye.
According to Mr P, the reconciliation began shortly after he returned to Nigeria from Atlanta, when he received a message from his caretaker informing him that Paul had apologised and was seeking forgiveness.
