The Big Brother star joked that she was a "broken woman" after the incident, leaving her social media followers in fits of laughter.‌Kate, 46, took to Instagram to share a clip of the moment when she tried to get everybody at the wedding reception to sit down – but made the bold decision by standing on a chair.‌The TV star had been in Portugal for her brother's and now sister-in-law's wedding, during which she served as a bridesmaid and looked sensational in a figure-hugging dress. In the video shared with her followers, Kate is seen standing on a chair at the reception, moving her arms up and down to signal for everyone else to take their seats.‌But things took a very awkward turn when Kate bounced up and down, causing her to lose her footing and fall backwards onto the floor. After her tumble, Kate was seen rolling onto her torso before being helped back up to her feet.‌Despite the awkward moment, she quickly leapt back onto the seat, but had her dad behind her to ensure she wouldn't fall again. Captioning her post, she penned: "This is why I shouldn't drink alcohol." She later joked that she was a "broken woman", as Céline Dion's My Heart Will Go On played over the video."Bloody brilliant," said Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh with a laughing emoji. She went on to put a face mask on as she kicked back in the car, heading home.‌Kate's antics come after the star opened up about the reactions she's received for having just one child.
