Binance’s tokenized stocks platform, bStocks, has crossed $500 million in assets under management (AUM) just seven weeks after launch, highlighting how blockchain technology is rapidly changing the way a new generation invests in global equities.
The milestone suggests that tokenized securities are no longer a niche crypto product but are emerging as a bridge between digital assets and traditional financial markets.
The platform, which launched on June 11, has grown from offering just five tokenized stocks to more than 46 listings covering some of the world’s biggest companies and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Investors can buy and sell tokenized versions of companies such as Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal and Dell Technologies at any time of the day, including weekends, unlike traditional stock markets that operate only during fixed trading hours.

Data released by Binance shows that the strongest demand is coming from younger investors. Generation Z accounts for 44 percent of all trading activity on bStocks, making them the largest user group. Even more striking is that 41.5 percent of bStocks users are buying traditional financial assets for the first time through tokenized stocks instead of conventional brokerage platforms.
