The UAE's Capital Market Authority has scrapped 15 company and market-related fees to boost economic participation and reduce business costs.
New fees for technical services were introduced, including a Dh75,000 charge for approving public offering prospectuses for local public joint stock companies.
The UAE's GDP grew 6.2 per cent year-on-year to $517.2 billion in 2025, driven by a 6.8 per cent surge in the non-oil sector.
The move "marks a significant milestone in our journey toward building more competitive and sustainable financial markets," the Capital Market Authority said.
