July 30 (UPI) -- Action star Arnold Schwarzenegger is celebrating his 79th birthday.
The Austrian-born actor, former bodybuilder and politician has entertained audiences for more than 50 years with his film and TV roles, from The Terminator to the Netflix series FUBAR.
Schwarzenegger, whose credits also include the comedies Kindergarten Cop and Junior, has won an Emmy and Golden Globe during his career, along with starring in multiple blockbuster franchises. Here's a look back at 9 of his memorable performances.
