Hollywood producer, Quan Phung, has shared global storytelling expertise in Cape Town, right in the heart of Philippi.

A Hollywood producer has shared global storytelling expertise in Cape Town, right in the heart of Philippi.

According to the US Consulate office in Cape Town, the aim was to bridge the gap between Cape Town’s emerging creative industry and Hollywood.

This was done with the guidance of award-winning television producer and global media strategist Quan Phung, who visited Cape Town this week as part of the American Film Showcase (AFS).

Phung brought more than two decades of experience in the international film and television industry to South African creatives.
