Apple will today announce its earnings for its fiscal Q3 ending in June, with the usual Q&A with analysts following immediately afterwards. It follows the company briefly hitting a $5 trillion market cap before slipping back slightly.
Today will be the final earnings call with Tim Cook as CEO, and analysts aren’t expecting any surprises – but there will be one very big question …
No surprises expected
The company said back in April that it expected continued revenue growth in the 14% to 17% range year-on-year, and Zacks reports that the consensus expectation is almost exactly in the middle of this.
The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Apple’s upcoming quarter’s EPS and revenue is $1.88 and $108.8 billion, marking year-over-year EPS and revenue growth of 19.75% and 15.64%, respectively.
