Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Thursday reported a 3 per cent rise in profit after tax to Rs 566 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.The company had posted a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 548 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd said in a statement.Revenue in the first quarter stood at Rs 4,921 crore as against Rs 3,178 crore in the same period a year ago, it added.India revenue was at Rs 2,157 crore, up 19 per cent while the same for US was at Rs 418 crore, a growth of 36 per cent driven by new launches achieving targeted market share and certain one-time opportunities.In Germany, the company said its revenue at Rs 318 crore was up 3 per cent, and growth continued to be impacted by supply disruption at a third-party supplier and lower tender offtake during the quarter.Torrent Pharma said Brazil revenue was at Rs 277 crore in Q1FY27, up 27 per cent.
