What soon-to-be-former Federal Court justice Bernard Murphy lacks in speed, he certainly makes up for in chutzpah. At least, if the ongoing saga over his judgment in Riley Gall’s class action against Domino’s over underpayments is anything to go by.Last week, 1329 days after the trial finished, Murphy handed down his judgment in Gall’s favour.
