Gokul Agro Resources, a leading integrated edible oil and agri-processing company, reported that its net profit in the June quarter was up 74 per cent at ₹124 crore against ₹71 crore logged in the same period last year.The profit growth was largely supported by product diversification, improved operating efficiencies, launch of value-added product and higher contribution from exports.Revenue was up 7 per cent at ₹5,282 crore (₹4,924 crore). EBITDA increased 52 per cent to ₹217 crore (₹143 crore).The company has registered a profit growth of 54 per cent in the last 5 years of the back of new product launches, fresh capacity addition, branded-market expansion and aggressive focus on exports.On the industrial side, the company had launched a customised specialty fats for industrial applications.The biodiesel facility was fully operational during the quarter which will drive growth in coming quarters.The company has an integrated platform spanning from sourcing, crushing, refining, storage, branded products and exports.It has a strategic manufacturing footprint across Kandla, Haldia, Krishnapatnam and Mangalore with an installed capacity of more than 2 MTPA agriculture product processing capacity.The company has pan-India distribution network of over 575 dealers and distributors, with presence across 28 states and 33 countries.Kanubhai J Thakkar, Chairman & Managing Director said the profitability growth continued to outpace revenue growth, reflecting the benefits of strategic sourcing, operating efficiencies, value-added product initiatives and a more diversified business mix.Going forward, he added the focus remains on strengthening consumer brands, scaling value-added categories, expanding export contribution, pursuing disciplined capacity expansion and maintaining prudent financial management for delivering sustainable growth.Published on July 30, 2026
