A Russian attack on Ukraine's Poltava region killed one person and triggered a fire at a Nova Poshta terminal.
According to Ukrinform, Poltava Regional Military Administration head Vitalii Diakivnych reported the attack on Telegram.
"In the Poltava district, a drone strike hit warehouse facilities belonging to a private enterprise. Unfortunately, one person was killed. Our sincere condolences to the victim's family and loved ones," the statement said.
A Nova Poshta terminal was also targeted. The strike caused a fire in warehouse facilities, which was quickly extinguished by emergency responders. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
In the Lubny district, drone debris fell onto a roadway. Emergency services have received no reports of injuries.
