People across Greater Manchester will vote tomorrow for who they want to replace Andy Burnham as mayor. With more than two million registered to vote, it’s the biggest by-election in British history. Polls put Labour’s candidate on course to win. But there’s still a lot at stake, after Reform and the Greens made significant gains in the May local elections.
