Russian forces shelled the village of Raihorodok in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region, killing a woman and injuring six people, including a child.
According to Ukrinform, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported the attack on Telegram.
The prosecutor’s office said that on July 29, Russian forces targeted Raihorodok, striking a residential area.
"As a result of the attack, a 37-year-old woman was killed under the rubble of a house. Her 6-year-old son, the child’s father, and grandmother sustained injuries. Three more local residents – women aged 63, 69, and 74 – were also injured," the statement said.
The victims suffered shrapnel wounds, contusions, burns, abrasions, closed head injuries, concussions, and fractures. They were hospitalized for medical treatment.
