Russian forces struck an energy infrastructure facility in the Valky community of the Bohodukhiv district in Ukraine's Kharkiv region on July 29, injuring one person.
According to Ukrinform, the Valky Town Council, citing Mayor Valerii Skrypnichenko, announced the attack on Facebook.
"Today, the enemy struck our community again, launching two attacks on an energy infrastructure facility. Unfortunately, one person was injured as a result of the strike," the statement said.

According to Skrypnichenko, energy specialists are working at the site to assess the extent of the damage.
