Via Crexi, Gregory Bond is listing 200 Mandustry Street in High Point, Guilford County, as up for sale. The listing price is $1.1 million.
The 12,000 sq ft (1,114 sqm) site totals 9MW of live capacity. The five-acre site features six single-story buildings, each offering 1.5MW across 2,000 sq ft (185 sqm), with purpose-built ventilation and fan-wall cooling.
The listing says the site is “ready to convert to a data center, AI/HPC hosting, or any power-intensive use.”
