IQM Quantum Computers has registered 183,619 new shares subscribed under its ESOP 1 employee stock option plan following the completion of its business combination with RAAQ.
The new shares were registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 29 July 2026, bringing IQM’s total number of shares and votes to 263,223,216.
The newly issued shares will begin trading on Nasdaq Helsinki alongside existing shares on or around 30 July 2026.
