UNIT AI, a Boston-based physical AI company, has raised $12 million co-led by Prologis Ventures, Dynamo Ventures, and Ground Up Ventures, with eGateway Capital, Recursive Ventures, Think + Ventures, ZEP Fund, and Crosscourt also participating.
