The Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, with stricter punishment, was introduced in the House by Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Monday (July 27, 2026).

The Prevention of Insults to National Honour (Amendment) Bill, 2026 was passed with a voice vote.
