Under the new MoU, the two companies plan to expand LONGi’s Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) solutions, which are built upon a high-efficiency back contact technology to maximise energy yield on commercial rooftops, across DHL facilities in Europe.Other key areas of collaboration include deploying solar technologies across DHL’s logistics infrastructure, co-developing solar-plus-storage solutions for logistics applications, exploring renewable hydrogen opportunities and piloting new clean energy technologies initiatives across DHL’s global network.DHL will also expand the logistics support for LONGi’s renewable energy products under the new agreement.LONGi, a major solar manufacturer in China, said the partnership with DHL provides a strong platform to scale its solar and energy storage technologies globally.
