Nation Media Group Uganda has announced the resumption of its media operations a month after a shutdown order by Uganda's Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, which forced the company’s television, print, radio, and digital platforms offline.

The announcement, made on Tuesday in a statement signed by the Chairman of Nation Media Group PLC, Joe Muganda, said the company's media services would be progressively restored across all platforms.
The media conglomerate expressed appreciation to its audiences, clients, and business partners for their patience during the disruption and thanked them for their continued confidence in its brands.
