Following its debut on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay chart through “De la A a la Z ,” with Los Ángeles Azules, in June, Argentinian cumbia group Ke Personajes earns its first No. 1, as the song jumps 3-1 on the ranking dated Aug. 1.
