The number of people injured in a Russian drone strike on Kharkiv's Novobavarskyi district has risen to nine. Most of the victims have been diagnosed with acute stress reactions.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
According to the investigation, at around 17:15 on Tuesday, July 28, Russian forces attacked the city with what is preliminarily believed to have been a Geran-4 attack drone.
The drone struck the roof of a five-story residential building, damaging the roof, a parked car nearby, and shattering windows throughout the building.
Law enforcement authorities have launched a pretrial investigation under Part 1 of Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, which covers violations of the laws and customs of war.
