Gardaí said they are investigating “all the circumstances” surrounding his disappearance.As a result of ongoing enquiries, a man in his 20s was arrested on Tuesday. He is currently detained pursuant to section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda station in the Dublin city area.Gardaí said investigations ongoing.
