Andhra Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Lisa Gill on Tuesday inaugurated the Judicial Officers Health Assurance (JOHA) application, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the country to provide cashless medical services to serving and retired judicial officers and their dependent family members across the State.Speaking on the occasion, Justice Lisa Gill said the Judicial Officers Health Assurance (JOHA) scheme had been launched in compliance with the Supreme Court’s judgment in the All India Judges Association case and was the first such initiative in the country.High Court Judge and Chairman of the High Court Judges Committee Justice Battu Devanand, Justices B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi, Venkata Jyothirmai Pratapa and T.C.D. Sekhar, officials of the Law and Finance Departments, and representatives of the NTR Health Trust were present.
