Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has raised ₹15 crore in a seed funding round led by Piper Serica. The company will utilise the funds to commercialise its products, which have already been piloted with customers, and to strengthen its research and development capabilities.“We have worked with more than 20 customers and have signed an MoU with the Indian Army’s 515 Army Base Workshop in Bengaluru to supply components and sensors for its unmanned vehicles,” said Vamshi Bharadwaj M V, Founder of Yaanendriya. The startup has also signed over 10 MoUs with Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL). Going forward, a part of the funding will be invested in R&D to develop sensors for satellite and space applications, Bharadwaj added. The company reported revenue of ₹48 lakh in the last quarter and is targeting a top line of around ₹5.4 crore in FY27.“During FY26, our focus was on establishing market acceptance through pilot projects across multiple customers and application segments. We worked with more than 20 customers across 10–12 different segments to identify where our products delivered the strongest value, rather than pursuing scale immediately.“FY27 will be focused on converting that validation into commercial expansion. Customers who have already tested and validated our products will provide the foundation for larger engagements, higher-volume orders and partnerships with bigger industry players,” Bharadwaj said.Yaanendriya currently has an order book of around ₹1.5 crore that is yet to be executed.Founded in 2023 by Vamshi Bharadwaj M V, Vyshak Y, Vijay H P and Aravind Thumbur, Yaanendriya develops inertial measurement units (IMUs), GNSS modules and wireless I/O systems.Published on July 28, 2026
