Brent crude prices have fallen by more than 10% so far this week, after the Trump administration paused attacks on Iran last weekend following 13 nights of strikes.
Oil prices were on track Tuesday to notch a third straight session decline as the U.S. and Iran continued a mutual pause in strikes against one another that began over the weekend.
There hasn't been any news that would fuel buying in crude oil at this point, as the U.S. and Iran have paused their strikes and President Donald Trump has said he's giving a chance for talks to progress, said Tariq Zahir, managing member at Tyche Capital Advisors. "Of course, this could change in an instant on one headline," he added.
