U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.2% on Tuesday.

Shares of Noble Corporation PLC (NYSE:NE) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter adjusted EPS results and narrowed its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.

Noble reported quarterly earnings of 1 cent per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 18 cents per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $719.688 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $695.791 million.

Noble shares dipped 6.1% to $40.47 in pre-market trading.
