The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration stated that reports claiming there are no longer any functional gas stations on the Kharkiv-Poltava highway are untrue.
According to Ukrinform, Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram.
He noted that the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, together with representatives of gas station chains, has agreed on measures for physical passive protection.
“I would like to emphasize separately: Reports by some media outlets claiming that there are no functional gas stations left on the highway from Kharkiv to Poltava are not true. There is no fuel shortage in the region,” the official said.
Syniehubov added that over the past week, Ukrainian defenders shot down more than 100 aerial targets over Kharkiv and the region.
