“Sterling Point” is a coming-of-age mystery drama series, based on an entirely original story conceived and written for the screen by Megan Park. It has a similar tone to shows like “We Were Liars” and “The Summer I Turned Pretty,” but with a distinctly Canadian setting. Set against the backdrop of a foggy island off the coast of Canada, the series is driven by a central mystery, but viewers tuning in for the romance will be pleased to know there’s also a love triangle at the heart of the story.Seventeen-year-old Annie Jacobson (Ella Rubin) has always lived an ordinary life in New York with her twin brother Connor (Keen Ruffalo) and their adoptive father.
