The family of five siblings killed in an Ontario collision has hired a lawyer to probe the potential liability of the driver of an SUV that collided with a van the family was travelling in.
A lawyer representing the families involved in the crash that killed five children and injured five others at an intersection in Mapleton Township last month tells the Star that while the case could lead to a lawsuit being filed against the driver of the SUV, the search for details about what happened is in its infancy and the family is asking the public to share whatever information or video they might have.
