The company attributes this growth significantly to its expansion onto takeaway platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat, which saw delivery sales jump by over 50 per cent. Improvements to the menu and the introduction of self-ordering kiosks in 38 UK restaurants also contributed to higher average customer spending. Tortilla recently published its delayed annual results for 2025, which were held up due to accounting issues that led to an overstatement of profits related to its French business. Despite the UK operations being profitable, the newly released accounts showed adjusted earnings of £1.1 million for 2025, with the French business operating at a loss, and shares were down approximately 5 per cent following the update.
