Thane: Smoke was detected in one of the coaches of the Mahalaxmi Express train heading from Kolhapur to Mumbai near Karjat in Maharashtra's Raigad district on Tuesday morning, briefly triggering panic among passengers, police said.No casualties were reported in the incident, which occurred in the Monkey Hill section of Karjat, located about 90 km from Mumbai, they said.The smoke was possibly caused by a short circuit, according to the Government Railway Police (GRP).
