Jul 28, 2026 – 12.48pmIgneo Infrastructure Partners has swooped on the 46-megawatt Green Squares Energy, which powers rooftop solar and batteries for commercial clients, as it cuts the ribbon on a new distributed energy platform dubbed Vertis.The deal valued Green Squares Energy, owned by superannuation and investments business Future Group, at more than $50 million.
