He argued that all available indicators show the Houthis’ military decisions are closely tied to the agenda of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), saying the militia is carrying out Tehran’s directives in clear disregard for Yemen’s national interests.
As the Houthis resume attacks on commercial shipping and maritime disruption in the Red Sea returns, al-Eryani said the militia’s escalation poses a direct threat to regional security and freedom of international navigation.
