Orlando Pirates walked away with a near clean sweep at the PSL Awards 2025/26 on Monday night, picking up the majority of the prestigious honours, save for one.
After a successful season in which they won a treble of silverware, including the Betway Premiership, Carling Knockout and MTN8, the Sea Robbers further cemented their spot as the best club in the land by dominating the awards, which were broadcast live on SuperSport.
They won the Footballer, Players’ Player, Midfielder, Defender, Goalkeeper, Young Player and Goal of the Season awards, while mentor Abdeslam Ouaddou won Coach of the Season. Relebohile Mofokeng, who has since transferred to Belgian Pro League club Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, walked away with the main award. The 21-year-old was also voted Players’ Player and Young Player of the Season.
The only category the Bucs failed to snap up was the Top Goalscorer Award, which went to Golden Arrows’ Sede Junior Dion, who scored 14 goals during the campaign.
